Exchanging banners is nice, just remember that search engine bots cannot read banners. They may read the name of the banner and on occasion the alt tag may have some SEO importance but all in all you are better off with exchanging text links. They are better for search engines and have proven to attract more visitors then banners.
Besides that, they will improve the speed of your web page significantly when it loads. Don't asume that everybody has a T1 or better connection. There are still plenty of people around with a 56 K modem.
Having said that, I WOULD LOVE to exchange links with you (preferably text links). If you have a model site, are a photographer, artist, or have a fetish (latex) site. Lingerie, gloves, nylon, spandex, corsets, high-heels or ballet boots are most welcome too.
Please no p0rn or other degenerate, lewd content. Gimme a break. :3
